Welcome to the new Free Agents Network; an activism-oriented, libertarian organization. We have some big plans for the Free Agents Network and a lot is already going on.
Many of the early members are Bureaucrash refugees who wanted to create much more than simply a social network to replace Bureaucrash Social. The Free Agents Network is intended to be a broad alliance of principled, liberty-loving activists that will remain independent so as not to be co-opted by the bad guys.
The Free Agents Network name was selected from dozens of nominees just beating out Liberty Activist Network, Freedom Activist Network and Voluntary Society.
Many fine people have been involved in laying the groundwork for this organization. Now that the foundation is in place we call upon fellow activists to join us and fulfill the promise of this organization.
A social network, Free Agents Network Social, has gone live and is worth a visit. Several projects are already being planned and discussed over there.
Ideas are our greatest resource. Get involved and make a difference.

Looking forward to seeing the FAN take shape, though I was vying for the Voluntary Society as I thought that encapsulated both the social network on which we’d be active but also the views we proffer to others.
Voluntary Society is a good name. Perhaps that can be kept on tap for later.
