“First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they attack you, then you win.” — Mahatma Gandhi
If you’re a libertarian blogger then one resource that should not be missed is the Electronic Frontier Foundation’s Bloggers’ Rights page.
From the Internet to the iPod, technologies are transforming our society and empowering us as speakers, citizens, creators, and consumers. When our freedoms in the networked world come under attack, the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) is the first line of defense. EFF broke new ground when it was founded in 1990 — well before the Internet was on most people’s radar — and continues to confront cutting-edge issues defending free speech, privacy, innovation, and consumer rights today. From the beginning, EFF has championed the public interest in every critical battle affecting digital rights.
Their Bloggers’ Rights page is a treasure trove of valuable information for bloggers and journalists and the EFF has, in fact, been working to ensure that we have the same rights that traditional journalists enjoy.
Our own Brad Taylor has blogged here extensively about the establishment’s attempts to silence anti-authoritarian bloggers from Elisha Strom in Virginia to NedaNet in Iran and every place in between. As our message spreads these attempts to silence us will only become more common and intel such as that provided by the EFF will become even more invaluable.
Tip of the Hat to the Liberty Tiger, William F. Pearson III.

Not just for bloggers, if you are releasing print media EFF maintains a list of printers and copiers that don’t print a dot signature on every document and they maintain TOR for getting around both government and school firewalls (help maintain your anonymity.)
I want one of their blogger t-shirts.
